All APO & FPO orders will be sent via Priority Mail. All orders sent to a PO box must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. We ship USPS Parcel Post to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. A surcharge of $7 applies.
PAYMENT - At this time we accept Paypal and Money Orders as a form of payment. We normally confirm your purchase within 24 hours via return message. Once payment is received, we will normally ship your purchase within two business days. Checks must clear prior to shipping.
PRIVACY POLICY - The security and protection of our customers' personal information is our top priority. DupontCollector.com does not distribute our customer’s information to third parties!
RETURN POLICY - 1. All items may be returned for exchange within three days of receipt. A fifteen percent restocking fee applies except for merchandise sent in error. Customer return shipping charges will not be refunded.
2. APO/FPO and International orders may not be returned.
3. Special orders may not be returned under any circumstances.
4.Returns will be refused if the item has been returned after three days of receipt, if it has been used, worn, or altered from it's original condition in any way. Items must be returned with all original paperwork and boxes.
5. In the unlikely event that the item received is incorrect, your return request must be rec'd within 3 days of receiving the product. IMPORTANT: All packaging, including manuals, warranty forms, must be returned & undamaged, in re-saleable condition. At our option, we will replace, repair or issue a full refund - less shipping fees and restocking fee for these items.
6.Exchanges receive 100% product credit towards a future purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
